Our home inspections typically average about 3 hours depending on the size and age of the house. An extra hour will be provided at the end of the inspection for you to walk beside your ASHI certified inspector while they review their findings with you. They will familiarize you with the home and explain deficiencies to you as you move through, and around the house. You will get so much more out of your inspection by being present!

Scott Chinnock, ACI, CPI
Scott has over 25 years experience in light construction, maintenance and remodeling. In 2011, Scott received technical instruction in the home inspection industry, and became a Certified Home Inspector in the spring of 2012. He went on to pass the National Home Inspectors Exam, and launched Castle Home Inspections, LLC. He has since become ASHI Certified (ACI) through the American Society of Home Inspectors, and also Certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (CPI). Scott has been trusted by home owners, buyers, sellers and investors to help them make informed decisions. He takes great pride in every inspection he performs.

I wanted to first thank you for the great work you did for us! Having purchased a house before I knew how important it was to have an inspection done. Other inspectors we've used in the past had rushed hard to read reports, were not very thorough during the actual inspection, and they seemed like they did not have our best interests in mind.
