Home Inspection: The inspection fees vary depending on the size and age of the house and how well it has been maintained. Please call 703-216-8137 for additional information. Should you desire additional testing such as Radon, termite, etc, I can contact a local provider to assist you in obtaining these services.
Infra Red Inspection: There is an additional fee for this service. Due to the variations in what you might want done, i.e. whole house, insulation only, etc., it is best to call me at 703-216-8137 for a fee quote. Depending on the type of infra red inspection, some of this work may have to be carried out after sunset.
